Our History
Founded in October 2021, 86 Bar Staffing was born out of a desire to address the post-pandemic staffing shortages in bars and restaurants. The founders, Aaron and Austin, drew inspiration from on-call nursing programs, seeing an opportunity to apply similar principles to the bar industry. Their goal was to assist establishments in operating at full capacity once again. In 2022, Kaydee joined the team as a co-owner, further enriching the company's expertise. Together, the owners bring over 30 years of combined experience, including extensive backgrounds in management and ownership.

About Us
86 Bar Staffing aims to solve the workforce shortage the service industry has suffered post-pandemic. With the touch of a few buttons, we will provide local establishments with industry-knowledgeable & reliable staff to cover bartending or serving shifts. We are also available to staff your private events, tailgates, caterings, weddings and anything in between. Our staff have been recruited and vetted, maintain all required local service permits and commit to responsible and excellent customer service while they are a guest in your establishment.
